Shipping & Returns

HYER® offers free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. and Canada only.

Orders using free shipping will usually arrive within one week. Orders using expedited shipping (paid for by the customer) will arrive sooner, depending on the method chosen.

Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that import duties may apply, depending on your country of residence.


HYER® respects your privacy and provides discreet shipping on every order. All packages are plain and unmarked.


We accept returns of brand new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for store credit. All returned items must first have an RMA number obtained by contacting a HYER® Customer Care Representative.
