Shipping & Returns

HYER® offers free shipping on products and orders over $50 within the continental U.S. and Canada ONLY.

Pre-Orders placed will ship out when the product is ready. Purchasing the product through the credit card guarantees a place in the queue. The products will ship as they are available in the production process. As a current estimation, the products will be shipping in December 2016 and January 2017. An email with tracking information will automatically be sent to you within two business day after the order ships. Emails providing updates with respect to the product availability will also be sent to indicate approximate timing of receiving of the products.


HYER® respects your privacy and provides discreet shipping on every order. All packages are plain and unmarked. There will be an adult signature required for delivery on all orders of $118 (USD) and greater.


We accept returns of brand new, unused items within 30 days of the delivery date for online ( web store credit. All returned items must first have an RMA number obtained by contacting a HYER® Customer Care Manager.
